Today this website does one thing: it collects an email address so we can tell you when Machinai is available to download. This page explains what happens to that address.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you type it into the waitlist form and submit it.
- Standard server request data — the ordinary IP address and browser information any web server receives when you load a page.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies.
Why we collect it
To email you about the Machinai launch: when the download opens, and when founding-cohort invitations go out. That is the only reason. We will not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
- Resend stores the waitlist and sends the emails. Your address is held in their system as a contact.
- Vercel hosts this website and processes the request that carries your address from the form to Resend.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or permanently delete the address we hold for you, at any time and for any reason. Email support@machinai.app and we will do it.
The app itself
Machinai is a desktop application that runs on your own computer. Your projects, media, renders, and analytics are stored on your disk, and your AI provider keys are stored in your operating system's credential manager. Data leaves your machine only when you send it to a provider you have connected, or publish to a platform you have connected. A separate privacy policy covering the application will ship with it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your address, we will say so in an email to the list before it takes effect.
